Sign in or activate your ADP Aline prepaid Visa card to the online portal mycard.adp.com. Get balance and transaction alerts directly through text and email. Sign in and easily manage your account anywhere you have Internet access, anytime of the day. Adding funds to your line card is quick secure and easy, and once your card is loaded you can access cash anywhere, anytime.
You’re a line card is not ready to use when you receive it, for your protection the card must be activated using mycard.adp.com. Or you can call 1-877-237-4321. Since this card is prepaid and used as a debit card, cardholders need to establish a personal identification number or PIN.
Activate Aline Card by ADP
Click on the activate my card button and then proceed to “Verify My Identity.” In the required box, enter the 16 digit number located on the front of the card. By clicking continue and submitting your activation request, your voluntarily consenting to allow your employer to deposit your wages to your personal Aline payroll card.
Access Your Pay for No Charge
There are a few ways in which you can access or withdrawing funds from your line card without incurring any fees. The following three ways display these methods.
- Unlimited over-the-counter bank teller withdrawals at any member bank.
- ATM withdrawals with in the usable network. Keep in mind that ATM withdrawals may be limited. Refer to your a line card fee schedule for further information using your mycard.adp account.
- Cash back with point-of-sale transactions at participating retail locations. PIN number is required.
ALine Card Basic Features
After your card has been activated, allow up to three weeks for your pay to begin to be loaded onto your account. Visit your cardholder account to verify when funds have been added to your card or call the following phone number 1-877-237-4321. Once you have received your card, there is no need to contact your employer as they will automatically begin to load your payroll to your account.
You can request a second card for a spouse or family member by using your online account or calling the phone number mentioned before. A validation process must be approved for this feature for both the cardholder and the secondary cardholder. No interest is acquired using this card account.
If you should lose your card or if it is stolen or damaged, make sure to report it as soon as possible. Customer service can be reached at 877-237-4321. You will be issued a new card and your old one will be canceled.
