Your flood policy Center is located at myflood.com where you can access your account using your username and given password. If you do not currently have an account you can create one easily by selecting the link titled “create an account”and then follow the online instructions to do so.



You also be given the opportunity to log in without an account, and to do this you will need to select the link that is titled “log in without an account” and follow the online instructions to do so. Make sure you are covered with flood insurance, mother nature is unpredictable and you do not want to be caught without flood insurance. Make sure your policy is up-to-date, and if you do not currently have a policy make sure you get one as soon as possible.

To create an account with myflood.com your flood policy Center, you will need the following information:

  • Username
  • Password
  • Policy number
  • Property postal code
  • Last name or business name
  • A valid email address
  • Pin number

Log into MyFlood.com without an Account



In order to log into your flood policy Center without an account you will need the following:

  • Policy number
  • Property postal code
  • Last name or business name
  • Valid email address
  • Pin number

You want to make sure that you into your name exactly as it appears on your policy. You can log in without an account to pay your renewal and to also view your policy information. If you wish to do more than this, then you will need to go ahead and create an account.

    I am not able to create an account nor enter the system without a password. I can get not further than the Sign In location. I would like to complete the information of my residency for renewal of Policy # 87-04649709-2014.
    Please advise how I can get this completed.

  2. Impossible to set up an account. I need to verify my residence in Florida and cannot do this on line as I cannot get off the sign in page.

  3. I wanted to complete my primary residence verification for my flood insurance, so created an account through the myflood.com website. Unfortunately there is some sort of software glitch as its says that an email will be sent to my email address for me to verify and activate my new account. No email has been received in my inbox or spam folder in the last 24 hours — so I cannot activate my login nor use it to verify my primary residence. Option 1 in your recent policyholder letter is NOT the ‘fastest and simplest’ way — will have to sent hardcopy through the USPS mail.

  4. Did the same company that built Obamacare build your system. It is terrible. Your call center is also a disaster. Can’t create an account and been on hold for 20 minutes.

    I also cannot enter the system, I can get no further than the sign -in location. I am trying to complete the information of our residency for our policy. What do I need to do?

    My flood insurance is handled by Nationwide and the letter you sent to me has this information clearly printed on the notice you sent to me. I have only ONE residence which should have been covered by both my homeownes and flood insurance. It was not and I am still experiencing problems from Sandy.
    These forms are asking me for my user name and password, I have neither. I am afraid to go farther for fear of messing up something that is already beyond my understanding.

  8. I am trying to verify my Primary residency in Florida for my flood insurance. I live in my home all year…365 days.
    Your system is not functioning properly. It is Not allowing me to complete.
    My Policy # 99-0139122
    Please advise how to proceed and expedite this process.
    Your system needs to be functional for consumers to complete required documentation.

  9. Cant even get the web site http://MyFlood.com using Firefox and Explorer to come up on the screen. Trying to pay my annual insurance for a home in Florida. My son and my husband also tried using their laptops. We are physically located in Europe. Cant even send an email to Nationwide who issued the policy. VERY POOR!

    CAN ANYBODY HELP short of calling transatlantic?
