Title Support Application Services

Use Title Support Services to request A Lean Satisfaction, a Duplicate Title, a State Change or a Name Change through mytitlesupport.com. As partners of various lenders, titles services include the ability to provide lean satisfactions or duplicate titles to dealers, other lenders and customers. This is done after a loan has been paid off in the original title has been sent.

Title state changes and name change services are provided for lessees when the lease or the loan is currently active, yet the title must be updated to reflect one’s relocation to a new state or the changing of a name legally. A lean satisfaction is important when one needs the state to release the lien listed on a title. This legal document is what is needed in order to show that the vehicle loan has been paid in full.

  • A state change, this is used to support titling activity one someone relocates to a different state
  • A name change, support needed for titling activity one someone legally changes their name and need that name to be reflected on a vehicle title

W were never sent the title to our car after the loan was paid. Md. law requires that when you sell or trade you must give to the dealer the satisfied lean title. How can I obtain a copy of the satisfied title. The title company’s are not listed on your site

  7. I have a Nissan year 12…..it was titled in Maryland….I now live in Virginia…I went to DMV they said I need a lien release letter so that my new title does not have Nissan as lien…….What more information do you need

  8. I have a letter confirming that my truck was paid off in 2005. However, I never received the release. I recently sold the truck and the new owner needs a clear title. How do I proceed? The loan was through Charter One Auto Finance Corp, Rochester, NY.

  9. Was directed to this Website. Need a Lien Release letter for a 2005 Nissan, paid off in 2010. Every time I give my Social, it cannot be found – as though the loan never existed with Santander. I think the problem stems from the Sovereign to Santander merge. This directly affects my credit, being that it was a 5 year loan that I made good on. However, in trading in the Nissan, I mistakenly signed the Title- proving that I paid off the loan, in the wrong place. The State of CT won’t accept the CORRECTION paperwork that I signed at the Town Hall, which was stated to me, “It is a legal document.” However, Connecticut Auction will not accept it, and now I need a new Title issued. I have never encountered a more USER UNFRIENDLY phone system as Santander’s. If I don’t have the loan number, I can’t even talk to a person. Somewhere there has to be record of this loan by my Social and VIN number. The Dealership is sitting on this car, that was rolled into a downpayment, not being able to move it because of a signiture in the wrong place.

  10. HI, I BOUGHT A VEHICLE AND I TRY GETTING A NEW TITLE WITH MY NAME BUT IT HAS A LIEN. I CONTACT PREVIOUS OWNER AND HE TRASH ALL DOCUMENTS. I HAVE THE CERTIFICATE OF TITLE ALONG WITH THE BILL OF SALE, SIGN BY THE OWNER. WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, IN ORDER TO GET MY TITLE?
THE PREVIOUS OWNER, GAVE ME THIS WED SITE TO GET THE LETTER OF SATISFACTION. CAN I GET THIS THREW THIS WEB SITE? IF SO, HOW?
    THANK YOU.
