Communicate with your healthcare provider and get secure access to your health records with mysecurehealthdata.com. The My Secure Health Data portal allows members to view health records in hours or days instead of weeks and from the comfort of their own home.
The portal login requires the use of a unique username, however if this is your first time to visit mysecurehealthdata.com, you will need to use the email address that your physician has on file as your username. Enter your email into the username box and click login to get started. Once a new user has logged in using their email address, the patient will automatically be sent an email with the subject line: “Office Visit Summary”.
Portal Registration and Validation
To verify your user profile, you will need to open the email that you received from my secure health data, and find the clickable link to the user login screen on the portal site. In the required box, the patient should then enter their email address into the username field and then click the submit button. A validation email is then sent to the patient with the subject line entitled: validation of user on mysecurehealthdata. To continue the registration process, next click on the validation URL that is contained within the email. This link will return the patient to the portal to continue the registration process. The patient must then enter the following user information before clicking the save button:
- Last name
- First name
- New password that is a combination of numbers and letters and is at least eight characters in length
- Answer to a secret question
Once the registration process has been completed, the patient will now have access to their health records and educational resources that are provided by my secure health data. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your account, speak to your health physician.
