This includes shopping from catalogs, retail stores and making online purchases. Simply swipe just as you would a normal Visa or MasterCard and sign the receipt, the purchase total will be deducted from your balance.



Keeping track of your account balance is easy, simply login at myprepaid.info or call customer service 24 hours a day using the number on the back of your card. It is important to keep track of your transactions, and it is advised that you keep all receipts from all purchases made.

To login you must first enter the security code on the homepage and click “submit”. Next enter the last 4 digits of the card number followed by the ZIP or activation code and the Cardholders last name. Click “sign in”.

If you would like to make purchases larger than the remaining balance, in most cases you will be able to use what balance is left on your account followed by paying the rest of the transaction balance off in full using cash, check or another form of payment. If at any time you are declined, once again log into your account at myprepaid.info or call the number on the back of your card, as the merchant cannot access this information.

This particular prepaid service cannot be used to withdraw cash from an ATM or any other financial institution, and no additional funds can be added to the holders account balance. Once the entire value is spent, the card can no longer be used. Each card has its own expiration date and will expire, for this reason you must use the cards balance in its entirety for the expiration date.

    I put in all the correct information on checking my balance online and the site continues to say the card number is wrong. What is the deal with this site the information is correct.
