Log in to the CertiPay payroll and human resources services online account through mycertipay.com. Use your company code, username and password to login. If you’re a new employee have forgotten your password or forgotten your username use the corresponding links for help.
Employee registration is easy, and the process can be started by clicking the button titled “employee registration” located in the navigation bar towards top of mycertipay.com. Arriving at the registration page you will note that there are a list of required information boxes. Make sure to fill these out completely and correctly before submitting for registration.
Employee Registration Requirements
- The following information must be complete and accurate in order to activate your MyCertiPay online account.
- Company code
- Employee number
- Social Security number
- Unique username
- Password confirmation
- Valid email address
- Choose two security questions and answers
- Enter the captcha text
- Confirm all information is correct then click submit
