Once you have your login details, you can make a payment, see your current balance and check your available credit anytime and anywhere. As long as you have reliable internet connection, you can use the service to review your transactions and manage your account 24/7.
Logging In to Manage Your MyCCPay Online Account
- To log in, start by typing your user ID and password to their respective fields.
- Use the blue button that says ‘Log In’.
- Wait for the system to redirect you to your account.
If you forget your username and/or password, just hit the link that says ‘Forgot your Password’ or ‘Forgot your user name’ to get help. If this is your first time accessing the portal, you can register your account by using the blue link that says ‘Register’. This will lead you to the online registration form prepared by Total.
You need to provide some information to successfully register your account to My CCPay: account number, last 4 digits of SSN, postal code, email, username, password, security question and security answer. Please note that your username must be a minimum of 8 characters. Your password must also be between 8 to 17 characters and should have at least one lower case letter, 1 upper case letter, 1 number and 1 non-alphanumeric character.
