Log on to your J.P. Morgan Chase Prepaid Account Center to access and manage your prepaid account at myprepaidcard.jpmorgan.com. Using your member ID and password you can log on for complete access. If you have not yet set up an account with a user ID and password you will need to register as a new user.
Once you have logged into your myprepaidcard.jpmorgan.com online members account you will be able to view your balance, purchase history, activate the card or reset the pin number. The J.P. Morgan Chase prepaid card can be used anywhere Visa and MasterCard debit cards are accepted.
Register New User
To create an account as a new user you will need a user ID, if you do not have one you must click the link titled register new user to get started. Once you have reached the first part of the register new user process there will be some required fields that you must complete.
- Card serial number
- Last six characters of government ID
The information above is required and it is used to help identify you and your J.P. Morgan prepaid associated account. All sign-up screens through J.P. Morgan Chase and Company are secure. Once you have entered the required fields, click next to continue the registration process. There are three more stages the registration process and they are:
- Set up user ID and password
- Accept terms and conditions
- User confirmation
