My Groundbiz, in partner with FedEX, works with companies that create jobs, fuel local economies and provide exceptional customer service. As of today, FedEx Ground is working with over 7,500 businesses in and around the United States. On the portal, you can find information about the company, watch success stories videos, access links to vendors and more.

When you get to the next page, use the button that says ‘Find Opportunities’ on the upper right corner to begin your search. The portal is very easy to navigate. What is MyGroundBiz Account?
This is a section of My Ground Biz which contains all of the information unique to your company, including settlement or charge statements.
If you’ve already created an account and would like to log in, please follow the instructions below:
- You can find the login area on the right side of the page.
- Enter your FedEx ID and password to their corresponding fields and use the button that says ‘Sign In’ to proceed.
- If you experience any problem logging in, please refer to the ‘Troubleshooting FAQ’ found on the lower section of the page.
- You may also call the helpline at 1-800-HELPMIS (435-7647). Representatives are available to take your call Mondays to Fridays, 7am to midnight and Saturdays from 7am to 2pm, EST. If your request is sent after these hours, it will be addressed on the start of the next shift.
How to Change Your Password
The system will ask you to change your password the first time you log in to your My Ground Biz account. This is for the security of your account.
Here are some guidelines:
- Must be between 8 and 32 characters long
- Must contain at least number and one special character
- Must be changed every 90 days
If you forget your password, please call 1-855-639-7793 for assistance. Moreover, the system will automatically log you out after 18 minutes of inactivity.
