The first time you sign into your Family Dollar account, your user ID and your password have already been preselected for you. Locate your employee ID on your pay stub and then inserted into the required user ID box. The password for first-time users is the employee eight digit date of birth, plus the last four digits of the account holder Social Security number. It should look like the following example (MMDDYYYY 1234).
After you sign in for the first time, you will be prompted to create a new and unique password.
