If you currently have a rebate in processing, you can use one of four different options to view the status of your rebate. This includes email, phone, address or submission ID. If your rebate was in the form of a prepaid Visa card with the citi logo on the top, you can use the card balance button to check the current balance of your prepaid card. If your card does not have a citi logo on it, there is a separate button located at the bottom of the screen to check that specific cards balance.
